There was only one owner that had their small dog off leash and they were very upset when other off-leash dogs approached their pup. My thoughts, don’t bring your dog to an off-leash dog area. There are PLENTY of other walking paths in the entire Tom Bass Park that they could be on. Probably due to COVID times – the only bathroom is Port-A-Potty’s.
