Do I need Ndless and gbc4nspire to play GBC games?

If you have a HW-W screen, the GBA emulator will run quite slowly but the GBC will run just fine (if you use v0.93). So from what I understand, you’ll need ndless and gbc4nspire if I want to play with the GBC games.
