How do I set a flow to use the per flow plan?

To have a flow use the per-flow plan, select Edit in the details panel. You will then see the Name, Description and Plan that the flow uses. If your environment has the add-on allocated, you can move that flow to use the per flow plan. Otherwise, you’ll need to allocate capacity.

What is the difference between per user and per flow plan?

Every user with this plan is entitled to use an unlimited number of flows, within service limits. The per flow plan provides an organization with the flexibility to license by the number of flows, instead of licensing each user accessing the flows individually with the per user plan.
