What kind of equipment does Zerorez use?

ZEROREZ- Zerorez uses a wand that does apply the mix of the water and solution into the carpet. As stated before, a wand does not have the high suction to remove most of the water or solution. Left over solution can and will attract and cling to dirt. Zerorez estimates their dry times to be between 4-8 hours.

Do I need to vacuum before Zerorez?

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE ZEROREZ® ARRIVES FOR MY APPOINTMENT? It is important to vacuum thoroughly and clean prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you remove items such as lamps, picture frames and other fragile items from tabletops and clear floor of toys, books and other small items.

Does Zerorez do a good job?
