What is TUpay?
TUpay is Temple University’s official online student account and payment system. Students can access their student account, view their current balance, create authorized payers and can make online payments through TUpay.
How do I pay my tuition at Temple University?
Temple University offers several tuition payment methods.

Does Temple have a payment plan?
Temple Installment Payment Plan (TIPP): TIPP is an interest-free pre-payment plan operated by Higher Education Services, Inc. on behalf of the university. It allows Temple students to make up to ten regularly scheduled monthly payments toward their charges (five payments for fall and five payments for spring).
How do I set up direct deposit for Temple University?
To sign-up for direct deposit for Parent PLUS refunds, select ‘Manage My Refunds’ from the TUpay menu and follow the instructions. If you do not sign-up for direct deposit, your Parent PLUS refunds will be issued via paper check to the address you provided on the FAFSA.
Can you pay Temple tuition with credit card?
Students and authorized payers can pay online via TUpay by electronic check or credit card. All online payments submitted through TUpay are posted to the student account in real-time.
Is the temple enrollment deposit refundable?
The deposit will be applied to your tuition. For payment options, visit Cashiering Services. Note: Enrollment Deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
What is an NBS refund?
Students will receive a refund in the form of original payment, excluding cash payments and students who paid using the NBS Tuition Payment Plan. Students who used these forms of payment will receive a refund check to the address on record.

How do I apply for quikpay?
QuikPAY is available to all enrolled UB students providing they have not been referred to an external collection agency or the NYS Office of the Attorney General. Online payments may be submitted via e-check (U.S. checking or savings account) or credit card.
How can I view my account activity on quikpay?
Students can view any account activity that has occurred since the time their last eBill was generated by logging into QuikPAY via HUB Student Center. QuikPAY is available to all enrolled UB students providing they have not been referred to an external collection agency or the NYS Office of the Attorney General.
How do I make a Tupay payment?
Access TUpay to make a payment by e-check or credit card if you owe a balance to the University. An Authorized Payer is someone (i.e., a parent) on who would like to view a bill or make a payment on behalf of the student. The student must first create an Authorized Payer.
How do I pay for my temple tuition?
These payments are remitted by your bank to Temple via US mail and can take several days to be received and posted to your student account in TUpay. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are the accepted credit card types.
