Brewed with Pale Ale malt and First Gold hops, Broadside is a dark ruby red beer rich in fruitcake aromas, almonds and conserved fruit. This beer has been a firm favourite of the Adnams community for a long long time.
How do mini casks work?
Mini kegs contain ‘bright’ beer – in other words, our brewing team have racked the beer off its residue of yeasts and hops and then it’s filtered to remove the yeast and any remaining solids, then it’s sterile filtered to remove any bacteria and wild yeasts so that it’s completely stable over its shelf-life.
How long does adnams mini keg last?

How long do mini casks last?
Please note: Mini casks and polypins have a shelf-life of at least 6 weeks if unopened. Once opened they will be good for at least 5 days – or longer if you’re lucky.

Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts – Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.

Under the guidance of Jonathan Adnams, the fourth generation of his family to run the company, the group refitted its entire outfit in 2006 with new computerised systems capable of producing any one of the group’s 76 beers with a minimum of human contact.
